Delivery & Installation
Every piece arrives placed, assembled, and ready to use.
These are large, hand-built pieces that shouldn't arrive on a pallet in your driveway. Every Dimora order ships by white-glove furniture freight: a two-person crew brings it into the room you choose, sets it up, and takes the packaging away.
What's included
- Scheduled delivery appointment, arranged with you by phone or email
- Two-person crew, into the room of your choice — including stairs and tight access
- Unpacking, assembly, and final positioning
- Removal and recycling of all packaging and pallets
- Inspection with you before the crew leaves
How it works
- Tell us the pieces you want and the delivery ZIP code. We quote the white-glove delivery cost for that address and add it to your order confirmation — nothing is charged before you approve the full total.
- Your order goes into production in Italy and ships by ocean freight to a US receiving warehouse.
- The last-mile partner contacts you to book a delivery window once the piece has cleared and been inspected.
- The crew delivers, assembles, places, and removes all packaging.
Timing & coverage
Most pieces are made to order. A typical timeline is roughly 12–16 weeks for production and transatlantic freight, then 1–3 weeks to schedule and complete the white-glove delivery. We confirm the current lead time for your specific pieces on the quote.
Delivery is available throughout the contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii, and addresses with unusual access (no elevator above a certain floor, crane required, etc.) are quoted case by case.
