Terms of Service

Last updated: draft, not yet published

1. Who we are

Dimora (TRINITY SRL) is an authorized US dealer for the Italian furniture houses shown on this site, currently Edra. These terms govern orders placed through dimora's website.

2. Products & pricing

Pieces are made to order in Italy. Colors, grain, and fabric texture vary naturally and may differ slightly from photography.

Prices are shown in USD as Dimora's final displayed prices. Prices can change without notice until an order is placed; the price you pay is the one shown at checkout.

3. Ordering & payment

Payment for the piece itself is collected in full at the time of order via our payment processor (Stripe). Dimora does not receive or store your card details — see our Privacy Policy.

White-glove delivery is quoted separately based on your address and billed once confirmed — see Delivery & Installation. Your order isn't scheduled for delivery until that charge is paid.

4. Lead times

Estimated production and delivery timelines are shown on the Delivery & Installation page. These are estimates from the manufacturer and our logistics partners, not guaranteed dates — we'll keep you updated if a timeline changes materially.

5. Cancellations & returns

See our Shipping & Returns policy for cancellation windows, damage claims, and what happens once a piece is already in production.

6. Limitation of liability

Dimora's liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited under applicable law.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [State/country of governing law not yet set].

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the business grows; the version in effect when you place an order is the one that applies to it.
