What we collect
When you place an order or ask for a delivery quote, we collect your name, email, shipping address, and phone number. We don't collect or store card numbers — payment is handled by Stripe, our payment processor, directly.
How it's used
To process your order, arrange white-glove delivery, and answer questions you send us. We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising.
Who it's shared with
- Stripe — processes payment; see stripe.com/privacy.
- White-glove delivery partners — receive your name, address, and phone number to schedule and complete delivery.
- Edra (and future manufacturer partners) — receive order details needed to produce and ship your piece.
Cookies & analytics
This site currently sets no tracking or advertising cookies. If that changes (e.g. adding basic visit analytics), this page will be updated first.
How long we keep it
Order and contact records are kept as long as needed for warranty, accounting, and legal purposes, then deleted.
Your choices
Email orders@dimora.example to ask what information we have about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to records we're required to keep, like order/tax history).
